With more than two decades of intensive experience in the press, Nowfal changed course to TV journalism in view of the following factors which drew him to this genre:

Solid background in graphics design and close affinity with Arabic script and alphabet.
Against this background, Nowfal approached video and script from different angles with striking harmony in a bid to kindle the viewer’s imagination and leave them inquisitive.
Nowfal has always believed that should any subject leave a mark on the viewers, it must then arouse their curiosity.
Leaving Iraq in the late 70’s, Nowfal worked for different newspapers and magazines and his life was on the move in many countries in the Arab world and abroad.
Eventually, Nowfal was tasked with the production of “Special Mission” program in Al Arabiya News Channel along with his main duty of taking charge of the Iraq desk.
The cutting-edge technology of Al Arabiya coupled with the efficient management gave Nowfal a leeway to produce countless programs which enabled him to reach out to a wide spectrum of viewers.
Regardless of the negative or positive mark he has always left on the viewers, Nowfal persisted with his approach of what is called “silent professionalism” and nudging people to pose questions.
